Harkins Slough Trail-Caltrans Right-of-Way
The Don Chapin Company and the City of Watsonville are working side by side to complete this project on time and under budget, fulfilling all of the City’s requirements. This work in progress includes over 9,000 CY of fill, drainage improvements, slope rehabilitation, and decomposed granite trail construction. Expected completion should occur in early spring of 2005.
