Located in Soledad, The Eden Valley Care Center is only one of many projects the Don Chapin Company takes pride in provide excellent service to achieve a positive outcome. This project encompassed from a variety of aspects by means of; replacing weakened and deteriorated asphalt concrete through out the parking area with a 4′ asphalt concrete deep lift patch, extend and widen the turnouts, install speed bumps for traffic control, re-sealing the entire asphalt concrete surface, and re-striping the parking lot stalls to the original layout.
